He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy H. Fox and Theresa Fernandez Fox; and his sister Marilyn Pitcher of Pearl River, NY.. He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy P. Fox of Congers, NY and Cecelia Fox of Easton, CT; and his nieces, Theresa Whitton (Bill) of Tappan, NY, Elise Leggiardo (Keith) of Brewster, NY, Taylor McIntosh (Simone) of Stratford, CT and Alexis Ephie.
