He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Brezosky and Elizabeth Brezosky (Wasco); his daughter Lynn (Brad Bauserman); and his brothers, Bernard (Virginia) and Peter (Marie).

He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Walpole); his children, Laura Miani (Richard) and Richard (Ann Marie Hayes); his siblings, Rita Sabol (Joseph) and Robert Brezosky (Joann); and his grandchildren, Matthew Miani, Caroline Miani, Brian Brezosky and Kaitlyn Brezosky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
