He was predeceased by: his daughter Lauren Connelly; and his mother Mary Marusic. He is survived by: his wife Philomena Burke Marusic of Stony Point, NY; his son Michael Marusic (Renee); his grandchildren, Julia, Addison and Brandon of Montebello, NY; his son Kevin Marusic (Pamela); his grandchildren, Connor and Paige of New Providence, NJ; his son-in-law Michael Connelly; his grandchildren-in-law, Michael John and Kaitlyn of West Nyack, NY.; and his father Roco Marusic.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (321 S Main St, New City, NY 10956). A Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Church (128 Parrott Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994). An entombment was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Ascension Cemetery (650 Saddle River Rd, Airmont, NY 10952).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to American Cancer Society.
