He was predeceased by: his son Steven. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Bikofsky and Marcy Bikofsky; his wife Patricia (Morris); his children, Robert (Tiffany Muschio) and Danielle (Nicholas Murray); his parents-in-law, Bridget and Arthur Morris; his siblings, David Bikofsky (Mary Bikofsky) and Vicki Hillis (Timothy Hillis); and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Morris and Christine Genovesi (William Genovesi). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
