He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anna Maraia and John Maraia; his wife Diana; his children, John (Anna), Joseph (Christine), Denise Maraia Connell (Kevin) and Mark (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jessica Maraia Marman (Brian), Matthew, Jackie Connell, Nikki Connell, Danielle, Jake, Joseph, Vince, Deanna Connell, Corinne Connell, Mark, Luke, Anthony and Nicholas; his siblings, Loretta Heim and John; his sister-in-law Lori Loughnane; and his brother Gerald. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
