He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenia Kollarus and Bill Kollarus. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Maslowsky (Craig) and Chris Kollarus (Christa); his grandchildren, Karter, Nola, Carina, Callie and Ciena; his brother Curtis Kollarus; and his aunt Violetta Comati.
