He is survived by: his wife Grace Ortiz-Fattizzi; his stepdaughters, Kristina Donohue (Michael) and Renee Salvesen (Micah); his grandchildren, Anna Salvesen, Mikaela Salvesen, Heather David (Giuseppe), Nicholas David and Sofia David; his brother Paul Fattizzi; his sister-in-law Ellen; his nephew Nicholas Fattizzi; his niece Kristen Mottola (Theodore); his brother Vincent Fattizzi; his niece Antonia Fattizzi; his nephew Frank Fattizzi; and his great-niece Sofia Fattizzi.
