Frances P. Allen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 86, Frances P. Allen in New City, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Frances may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frances touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Allen (Tony); her parents, Patrick Riccio and Helen Riccio; and her siblings, Loretta Riccio Elfers and Patrick Riccio.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Campise; her son-in-law Martin; and her grandsons, Martin Jr. and Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (321 S Main St, New City, NY 10956). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM.
