He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulogio Mayo and Virginia Mayo; and his son Eugene "Ricky" Mayo. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Jeannette Holohan (Paul), Laura Lamond (Rob), Stephanie Guido (Carmine), Peter Salerno (Kim) and Michael Mayo (Shelley); and his great grandchildren, Frankie, Haley, Meadow, Danielle, Isabella, Sophia, Gabriel, Vincent, Julia, Leilani, Noah, Londynn and Paris. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital & American Heart Association.
