She is survived by: her husband James T. Mulligan; her children, James E. Mulligan (Laura), Thomas B. Mulligan, MaryEllen Sutton, Matthew P. Mulligan (Madeline), Kathleen Hamre (Kevin) and Michael Mulligan; and her brother Donald Cummings. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and long time friends.
