She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Collins; her siblings, Red McGrath and Mary McGrath; her grandson John Klingert; and her parents, Red McGrath and Anne McGrath.

She is survived by: her children, Teri Klingert (Jack), Dave Collins (Jenny) and Joanne Sullivan; her grandchildren, Dani Miller (Chase), Katie Morano (Marty), Joseph Sullivan, Matt Sullivan, Mac Collins and Grace Collins; and her great grandchildren, Lexi Miller and Xander Miller. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
