With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aleksander A. Piatek (New City, New York), who passed away on April 24, 2025 at the age of 26. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Sophie Piatek and Lourdes DosSantos; and his pets, Bella and Mia.
He is survived by: his parents, Maria Piatek (Saraiva) and Bogdan Piatek; his wife Fiorella Sandoval; his brother Krystian Piatek (Tiffiney); his nephews, Xander, Liam and Alec; his niece Reagan; his grandfather Antonio DosSantos; and his aunts and uncles, Eligiusz (Bozena Piatek), Patrocinia (Mario Martins), Isabel (Julio Martins), Lucinda (Kevin Albanese), Teresa (Jorge Matias), Emily DaCosta, Lurdes (Frank Amico) and Jose Luis (Juliann DosSantos).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home (321 S Main St, New City, NY 10956). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
