He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Sr. Bodie and Mabel Bodie (Ostrander); and his siblings, William, Dean, Phyllis, Bonnie, Janet, Kandy, Vivian, Jennie and Chayanne.

He is survived by: his wife Paula (Ray); his children, Tressica Inez of Milford, NY, Dawn Garhartt (Maddison) of Mt Vision, NY and Wayne J. Bodie Jr. of New Berlin, NY; and his siblings, Mary Orbacz of Kingston, NY, Mable Coumbes (Craig), Lee Foster and Charles Ostrander (Micky) of Connelly, NY.. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
