She is survived by: her husband James Van Slyke; her sisters, Mary Ellen Shoemaker and Susan Tapley; her daughter Jennifer Lachmiller (Eric); her stepchildren, Christina Haas (Jason) and Michael Van Slyke; and her grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Lucy and Ronin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
