He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber J. Bivins and Dorothy Doughty Bivins; and his son Kenneth Bivins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Bivins; his children, Dru M. Bivins and Kimberly S. Bison; his stepchildren, Michael Haff (Christina) of Youngsville, NY and Christy Terbush (Ken) of Woodbourne, NY; his grandchildren, Harley, Brianna, Sawyer and Abigail; his brother James Doughty (Jane) of Youngsville, NY; and his nephew Travis Doughty.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home - Liberty (115 West St, Liberty, NY 12754). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM and at 12:15 PM at the same location.
