We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 77, Donald R. Phillips of Neversink, New York, born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Phillips and Doris Phillips (Schonberg). He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Amy Anderson (Chris) and Cara Costello (Thomas); his grandchildren, Emma, Grace, Gavin, Zoe and Desmond; and his brother Skip Henschel (Eileen).
