With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karin Graziano of Nesconset, New York, who passed away on August 28, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisabeth (Manfred Wolfrum) and Karin; her husband Jim; and her sister Anita. She is survived by: her children, Dawn (Michael), Michael (Alexis) and Karen (Tommy); her grandchildren, Danielle (Vinnie), Michael (Erin), John, James, Christopher, Justin and Jacquelyn; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Declan, Everly, Tripp and Hunter; and her sisters, Gudi and Heidi.
