He is survived by: his brother Gary Hazlett (Marj) of Hiawassee, GA; his children, Yvonne Gifford of Peterborough, NH, Wanda Hazlett of Fort Plain and Loren Hazlett (Jenni) of Fort Plain; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Ryan Hazlett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
