With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neil S. Goven of Nelliston, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on May 31, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Eli and Mabel E. Goven (Hemingway); and his sisters, Carol Mossey and June Bottner. He is survived by: his wife Dawn R. DeLong; his daughters, Michelle Sitterly (Kevin) and Amanda Buley (Jeromie); his brother Robert Govin; and his grandchildren, Anthony Masi, Isabella Masi, Isaac Tamsett and Jonah Buley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Neil donated faithfully to the St. Jude's Foundation.
