He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Charles Aker, Jr. and Elizabeth E. Aker (Grant). He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Aker; his children, Christina Russell and Garry Sweet; his granddaughter Emily Russell; his siblings, Walter Aker, David Aker (Kathy) and Kathleen West (Dan); his nieces and nephews, April, Constance, Matthew, Nathan, Holly, Amanda, Susan and Danny; and also Lillian Billings.
