She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Mylinda VanSlyke (Ed), Melanie Daly and James Daly (Lisa); her grandchildren, Eddie (Shannon), Ashley, Emily (Tyler), Eva and Karen; and her pets, Charlie and Sophie. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
