He is survived by: his children, Donald Jr. and Amanda Kurtz; and his siblings, Wendy Mahar (Mike) of Cleveland, Jennifer King of Tully, Virginia of Nedrow, Ronald of Syracuse and Thomas (Lisa) of Lafayette.
