He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Haley and Martha Haley. He is survived by: his wife Mary W. Goddard; his daughters, Amie Daryanani (Harish), Melissa Nannen (Dane), Kim Giammichele (Jerrit) and Allison Rumble (Randy); his grandchildren, Leigha, Ben, Riley, Landon, Chase, Maddy, Maizie, Kendall, Avery and Emmy; and his siblings, Ed Haley (Cindy), Nancy Kingery and Mary Lynn Netzband (Phil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Cross Church or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
