He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Sr. Winters and Sarah Winters; and his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Jr., Melody Smith, Randy (Stephanie), Melissa (Frank), Rebecca and Allen Winters (Elise); his grandchildren, Stacy Feocco (Brian), Heather Ryan (Scott), Dale Anderson, Joy, Ashley (Charles), Clayton Winters, Adam, Jeffery, Cory, Morgan and Monika Schuyler; his great grandchildren, Sarah, Ian, Jaiden, Gabriel, Lena, Ida and Jeremiah; and his grandchildren, Colleen, John and Ronald III. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to Clear Path for Veterans, the Navarino Volunteer Fire Department or Grace Assembly of God in Syracuse, NY.
