She is survived by: her daughter Heather Banek of New Hartford, NY; her brother John Smith of Florida; her sister-in-law Maria Smith; her nieces, Natasha Smith and Ornella Puente; her nephew Danny Puente; and her grandchildren, Logan and Blake Banek.
