He is survived by: his wife Samantha Woodward; his son Jon Woodward of Rock Falls, IL; his siblings, Carroll Woodward Jr. (Jean) of Millerton, NY, Linda Avery of Pittsfield, MA, Tina Perusse (Rick) of Beckett, MA and Nancy King (Mark) of Falls Village, CT.; and his goddaughter Angelina Gosselink. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
