She was predeceased by: her son Oscar Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth J. Lewis, Sr.; her children, Saundra and Kenneth Lewis, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jesse Meissner, Tessa and Bethany Lewis; her great grandchild Christopher Meissner; and her brother Darrell Fountain (Mary).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Community Hospice.
