He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Decker (Phillips); his children, Donna Decker of Nassau, Susan Canfield of Nassau, Russell E. Decker III of Nassau and Jane Visconti (Paul) of North Carolina; his daughter-in-law Jacqueline Decker; and his grandchildren, Rod Laraway, Chad Laraway (Amy), Clifton Laraway (Tina), Scott Canfield (Donna), Jennifer Gorman (Jesse), Stephanie Dunavin (Billy), Jessica Decker Emerick, Russell Decker (Megan) and Peter Visconti. He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
