It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Waters (Nassau, New York), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on March 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lisa Ann (Higgins); his daughter Kristine Moxon (David); his granddaughters, Kali of Nassau, Madeline of Nassau, Abigail of Nassau and Emily of Nassau; his siblings, Garry Waters (Bonnie) of East Chatham and Shari Stottler (Gary) of Honeyoe Falls; and his uncle Russell Wheeler. He was also cherished by 2 nephews and many cousins.
