He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Rich and Jessie Elliott Rich (Seaburg); his children, Elizabeth Elliott, Richard Elliott Jr., Kathleen Elliott and Lainy Elliott; his significant other Leona Slater; his siblings, Wayne Crandall, Dale Crandall, Carolyn Agan and Joyce Houser; and his grandchildren, Erika Sausville, Crystal LaJeunesse, Robert Gibson III and Sabrina Elliott. He was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Richard's name to your local Fire Dept.
