He was predeceased by: his son Margaret Vogel; his wife Phyllis; and his siblings, Patricia Seeley, Thomas Vogel and Jim Vogel.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia May, Susan Arrant (Chris), Richard Vogel (Ada), John Vogel and David Vogel; his siblings, Peggy Mulroy, Carol McClone, Joyce Martin, Jeanie Vogel, Sharon Vogel, Edward Vogel, Robert Vogel, William Vogel, John Vogel, David Vogel and Donald Vogel; and also Edward Vogel. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Dick's name may be made to St. Peters Hospital whose doctors and staff helped him through numerous serious times.
