She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Hungerford and Edward J. Phelps III; and her siblings, Paul G. Phelps, Kenneth Phelps and Pamela Hendricks.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Church; her children, Jennifer M. Rivers (Harrison) and Mark A. Church (Theresa); her grandchildren, Hannah, Meghan, Kallie Rivers, Emily, Alex Mooney and Zachary Church; her siblings, Edward Phelps (Susan), David Phelps (Sally), Robert Phelps (Barbara), Deborah Brehm, Mary Bombard (Mark Perrault), Kristine Morris (Robert) and Kimberly Mancini (Albert); and her in-laws, Sharren Phelps and William Hendricks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home (11 Elm St, Nassau, NY 12123).
