He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph M. Cooper and Laura Cooper (Lomax). He is survived by: his wife Patty J. Cooper (Hunter); his children, Michelle Lynn Cooper (Richard L. Gengenbach), Jennifer A. Mensing (Steven Morton) and Matthew L. Cooper (Kristin); his grandchildren, Hunter, Althea, Grace, Logan, Jackson, Noah, Clare and Ryan; and his sister Nancy Rhodes (Cooper).
