With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen M. Phelps of Nassau, New York, who passed away on August 20, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Martin and Gladys Martin (O'Brien). She is survived by: her husband John Phelps of Nassau; her children, James A. (Marlo Gallo) of Brunswick, Kelly L. Halpin (John) and Stephenie B. Biel (Matthew) of Fayetteville, GA; her sister Lynn O'Leary (James) of Chatham; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Colby Phelps, Gianna, Bella, Ava Goldey, Emily, David, Jacob Halpin, Gabriella, Sophia and Julianna Biel.
