He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Fordley and Nellie Mae Scoville; his wife Dolores; his sons, Michael and Jim-Boy; and his son-in-law Ed.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Myers; his daughter-in-law Debra Adams (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Lucy, Ethan, Mia, Emma, Molly, Ryan and Hailey.
