He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Livingston, Sr. and Georgana Murphy; his son Harry; and his brother Frank (Loraine). He is survived by: his wife Mary Livingston; his children, Spencer (Linda), Diana Starr, Tim (Kim) and Suzanne Sukup (Greg); and his brothers, Gary (Terry) and Mark. He is also survived by his children, 9 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to Community Hospice or Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
