He was predeceased by: his significant other Jane Wood; and his granddaughter Sarah Hitchcock. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Lawrence, F. Joseph Hitchcock and Debra Tremont (Dave); his grandchildren, Carrie Lorence, Rebecca Fischer (John), Joseph Hitchcock (Erin), Ashley Ballou (Brandon), Travis Hitchcock (Caitlyn), Stephanie King, Aaron Hitchcock, Mary Hitchcock, Michael Tremont, Daniel Tremont and Lindsey Hitchcock; his great grandchildren, Claire Fischer, Regan Lorence, Paige Lorence, Patrick Fischer and Jackson Hitchcock; his sister Mary Pettit; and his siblings-in-law, Marion Hitchcock, Deanna Hitchcock and Richard Wood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
