He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Latham and Jessie Latham (Brew); his wife Winifred M. Latham (Jones); his daughter Donna M. Latham; his sister Loretta Hirsch; and his son-in-law Jim Connolly.

He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Stoffels, Muriel E. Protko and Walter Latham Jr.; and his children, Ellen Ide (Mickey), Brenda Connolly and Roger Latham (Patricia). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
