She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Krutz and Julia Krutz (Tretiak). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kayla, Nicholas, Christopher and Alex; her husband Jeffrey G. Adams; her son Gerry Wilcox (Heidi); and her brother Richard M. Krutz (Andrea). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
