She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian Therrien and Marion Therrien (Fisher); her husband William H. Moak; her siblings, Paul, Julian Therrien, Anna DeStefano, Dorothy Levenburg and Lorraine Bruder; and her daughter-in-law Karen Moak.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth D. Moak (late Karen) and Patricia L. Price (Gerald); her grandchildren, William, Sabrina, Kenneth, Jerry Jr. and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Caroline, Lydia Jade, Kyra and Jeremy.
