She was predeceased by: her parents, John Forbes and Rose Forbes; and her sister Janice Burling. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Couchman (Tedd) of Cleveland, TN and Jeffrey Arno (Leslie) of Nassau, NY; her brother Jack Marybeth Harter (Tom); her brother-in-law Jamie Burling; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Nancy Arno; her grandchildren, Thadd Couchman, Samantha Couchman, Hailey Couchman, Kylee Arno, Bryce Arno and Cole Arno; and her great grandchildren, Braiden and Grayson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
