He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Blonkowski Sr. and Dorothy Casey (Polin); his brothers-in-law, Robert Clark, John DeCataldo and Norm Paulsen; and also, Mary, John Tkacz, Gladys and Adolf Polin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his stepson Joshua Scholer (Jess); his siblings, Marjorie Clark, Jackie Carey, Nancy Casey and Gene Blonkowski; his cousin Kathy Wagner; his uncle Ed Polin; his aunt Bonnie Connery; his siblings-in-law, Patty Paulsen, Eileen, Paul Cox, Sue, Matty Cirelli, Kathy, Paul Keyes, Ginny, Jay Higgins and Frank; his stepparents, Charlotte Blonkowski and Jack Casey; his aunt Elvina Reynolds; and his parents-in-law, Marion and Frank DeCataldo, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
