He is survived by: his significant other Nichole Hammond Rusk (Colie); his children, Irelynn Rose and Grayson; his pets, Kash and Luna; his mother Carolyn Rusk; his sister Marissa Rusk; his nephew Chase Harper; his cousins, Chris Guido (Jasmine), Ronnie Defreest, Kyle, Jesse DeFreest, Nico Emery, Kiersten Cosgrove, Davis Kakely (Allison Moser), Keenan Cosgrove, Rachel Skumurski and Tanner Skumurski; and also, Mark and Lynne Hammond.
