She was predeceased by: her parents, Gheroghe Georgescu and Elena Biro Georgescu; and her sister Gina HerescuThere. She is survived by: her husband Cornel Stefanescu; and her children, Cristina Stefanescu-Vicino (Pasquale) of Greentown, PA and Razvan Stefanescu of Narrowsburg, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the STS Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church (329 High Rd, Glen Spey, NY 12737). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Montoza Cemetery.
