He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenward Woodard and Evelyn Woodard (Knapp). He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Kristin Reamer (Dave), Todd Woodard (Juli) and Sara Goff (Pete); and his grandchildren, Brandon Woodard (Holly), Kyle Woodard (Stephanie), Justin Kelley (Christina), Shaylynn Whipple (Chris), David Kelley (Amanda), Kitana Burgess (Nathan), Bowen Woodard, Jeffrey Woodard (Whitney), Peter Goff Jr. and Melissa Goff. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.
