He was predeceased by: his father John H. Decker; and his niece Laura Decker. He is survived by: his mother Beulah R. Decker of Penn Yan; his wife Eletha; his siblings, John Decker (Sarah) of Penn Yan and Kathleen Marcellus (Timothy) of Penn Yan; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Jones (Jason), Casey Marcellus and Jackson Marcellus; his great-nephews, Colby Jones and Connor Jones; and his great-niece Eliza Jones.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Canandaigua American Legion Post #256, 454 N. Main St., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
