She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Butler and Gertrude Butler; and her sister Denise (Tom). She is survived by: her children, Samuel Pergolizzi, Michael Pergolizzi, Anthony Pergolizzi and Miranda Martin; her significant other Matthew Martin; and her brothers, Scott Butler (Dawn), Bill Butler (Missy) and Gerry Butler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
