He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Quinn and Vivian Quinn (Hill); and his brothers, Richard "Rick" Quinn and Rodney Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Anniebe Quinn (Palanas); his children, Lance, Matthew Quinn, Brian, Sarah and Robert Quinn; his granddaughters, Hazel Quinn and Emma Grace Quinn; his brothers, Thomas Quinn (Darlene), Stanley Quinn (Chris) and Daniel Quinn; and his nieces and nephews, Tina Everett (Jacob), Chrystal Bootes (Brian), John Quinn (Taylor), Michael Quinn, Bobbi Jo DeSain (Mike), Richard "Ricky" Quinn and Brandon Quinn.
