He was predeceased by: his father Achiel De. He is survived by: his wife Susan "Sue" Van De (Perrine); his daughters, Kristel Lehmker and Heather Kelly (Brian); his grandchildren, Alan, Sidney Lehmker, Charlotte and Sophia Kelly; and his sister Carolyn Fenningdorf (Earl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
