He is survived by: his sons, Richard Lewis (Jacqueline Lewis) and Gary Lewis; his sister Margaret Dunlavey; and his grandchildren, Cody Lewis, Ariel Button, Tristan Jack Lewis, Lindsay Baker and Kimberly Baker (Kyle Urquhart). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
